I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. Someone called introducing himself as Peter Jones from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd . they are impersonating a business and personal name by using this landline number to sell a personal loan and trying to get money from people. I checked Finance and Investment solutions Ltd by FCA, and I have been told that Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company offering only mortgages and its telephone number is totally different from this phone

This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.

Someone who sounded asian rather than Armenian called and asked me to go to her website. There was so much background noise (usual noisy room full of scammers) I was unable to hear what she was saying except she asked if I bought and sold stocks and shares which I do. I told her I had never heard of her and trusted no one who cold calls me to sell me something. She said she had not told me what she was selling. I suggested she sent me an email as she claimed she knew all my details and hung up.

I refused as I'd had another similar call from different number last week - which had all the hallmarks of a scam, so I hung up then and called EON Next back to verify what was going on.
