The first caller said they were from BT and they would be disconnecting me from the Internet because of faults on my computer, or something like that. It was actually difficult to understand them. I put the phone down. The second call I took slightly further by telling the man that he was not from BT. He said I was a fool to think that so I told him he was the fool and also a criminal

This call centre makes around two or three call each day. The caller tries to sell the usual double glazing. Although we have asked them not to call and that we are now on TPS the caller kepps persisting. We know that it is a nationally known double glazing firm. We are absolutely fed up of them calling.
