23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?" Cold call advising me of an accident - I think they are randomly calling numbers using a Dialler system (Pause, Click then speak)I advised them that I did not have an Accident and asked how they got my mobile number - they hung-up. Purporting to be from HMRC and " to press 1 to speak to an officer". I said, "No you re not. You re a lying, scamming shit-bag" then hung up.
