I rang this number because I had changed provider from Scottish Power to another supplier. There has been a mix up by the company and now I find I have been charged a premium rate call to ring Scottish Power from my mobile. How can energy providers be allowed to do that to customers?
Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! So what am i supposed to use it for? unbelivable there so called retion deals are double what another provider offered me. Glad i got my pac code of them as im leaving! Don't know, missed the call. But I've been told to expect a call from Virgin Cable about upgrading my modem, so I texted the number, asking them to ring me back. But the number wouldn't accept my text. My mobile package doesn't include calls to non-geographic nuumbers, so I'm not about to ring them. So unless they ring back, we're stuck.
