Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?

I had a call from this as well. I did answer and they asked for my husband. I said they had the wrong number and put the phone down but it was an indian sounding man so obviously a foreign call centre. Dont ring them back even if you get through as sometimes you may get charged for the call.

A very friendly / charming guy said called and asked if id filled in a baby and mum survey, which I had last year. (Bounty?) and asked me a few questions about my age, living - then went on to say id won a holiday. Called my mobile - woman saying she represented a company I didn t catch (sounded like "Mitchell Churchill" or similar) saying she understood I had had an accident not my fault. Told her she should not be calling as I had opted out of cold calls - she hung up when I asked her to repeat the company name.

Had a missed call alert from this number as above. Answerphone also said AM Legal so sounds like a cold call. If you have option to block I would recommend doing so!
