Complete idiots from Bangalore using a secondary call centre in the UK! They also use another number as soon as you tell them to go away in short, sharp jerky movements ( that s f off in Enlgish lol! ). The other number they use is 002079460172 - tell them to go away as well if you get them folks and tell them you re Pakistani just for added effect - does the trick! :)

When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Its time uk phone numbers were stopped from being given to overseas callers.
