Received call from this number today and it was a bad line so I was asking is anybody there at the same time as the guy started with 'Hi there maam, this is.....' he then disconnected the call. So no idea who or what company the number is from. It did come up on my phone as being London location and I am Manchester.

Amazon scammer. Told me someone hacked my Amazon account and ordered a £754 iPhone. Sent me a code in a text and asked for this code. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

Fraud Call - I got a called from this number saying they were from O2 and offering me a 40% discount on my bill. They said I would receive a code from them and to read it out to them. I got 2 messages from O2 saying I had requested a security code and not to give the code to anyone and if I suspected fraud to call 202. The lady got really aggressive when I said I wouldn't give her the code as O2 shouldn't need the code. When I said I would check if this was ok she gave me another number to call to verify -
