Fraud Caller pretending to be from a utilities company demanding payment. Attempted to obtain personal credit card details from a member of my staff!
This is towergate insurance. As policy holder I would consider this positive.

Internet Said he was from BT about my slow router and connection, numerus voices in the background. so gave him the run round eventually telling him to go and eat some PORK

I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer.
