Believe it is Scottish & Southern Electric regarding a planned power cut, but as mentioned in other posts, the female voice is garbled and sounds more like a cold / nuisance call rather than a national utility company.

Multiple calls from this number telling me I have won £ of gift vouchers, interesting as I have not entered anything at all, I have lost interest in listening to their automated spiel and no longer answer the calls.
