When I said that she was misinformed another phrase asking for 'the date of the accident', came back and so on until the line went dead. I'm convinced this is a robot! It's irritating at best, but would be upsetting for anyone who had a family member or friend involved in a bad accident.

This company hold all my information, initially the called and said they were MAC, I checked online but found no such company they then called again asking for my partner(different number than mine) about making a claim for a car accident. They had a detailed account of what happened and where, but were very evasive when challenged as to where they had obtained the data from. It is my opinion that these companies are buying information from insurance companies!
