I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! Today I received a call on my landline from this number caller claimed to be from Sky Technical support Dept, calling me to inform me that they had a flag warning that my internet connection was hacked and they can help remove the problem. Odd my internet is ok and has security software . Asked me if I was using a computer, laptop or tablet .
