I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.

I believe this to be a banking scam as the automated called said they were from Bank Security - but no bank name given. They told me that a charge for £700 had been made by Amazon (I no longer have an account there) and an international charge of £2,000. I was asked to press a number to speak to security!!!

Fraud SCAM Fraud Claimed to be from Vodaphone, said that an attempt to change my account number had been flagged up, called my number to verify with an old address (first flag) Second flag was when I asked if I could have a verification email I received a what amounted to a "yes but hurry up and give me the number" And of course, when I received a recovery/account change text, the first words of said text were DO NOT TELL ANYONE THIS NUMBER, POLICE OR VODAPHONE EMPLOYEES INCLUDED. SCAM I invested with top-targets.com in May . Got contacted with someone named Dominic Borg (I think it's a fake name ) . That guy was very abusive and rude but I invested anyway. I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! Suspected Spam warning on my (smart call function) number recognition. I do not know anyone from Northern Irland; neither I was expecting any call at the moment. I accepted but kept my silence, and silence was maintained on the other side as well. It seems to be an autonomous call dial (voice recognition) to check if anyone answers and consequently confirm that numbers are actively being used by potential victims. There were no further attempts to call my number nor any voice or text messages afterwards.
