Got a call from a pleasant girl saying she was from "Energy Rescue" at EuroCentral in Motherwell. I took control of the call with lots of chit chat, asking how her day was, how many calls has she made, what was the company phone number, what was their address, had she been working long today etc. etc. etc. I now do this with all calls and it drives them nuts. This number called me onto my Australian mobile phone questioning my pension on when I used to live in the UK. They knew my name and that I moved to Australia in recent years. They asked whether I was interested to manage my pension with them. Then they asked whether I was interested in buying a house and that they would manage my mortgage for me.
