Scam robocaller claiming I needed to pay for Amazon Prime.
Claimed to be the Home Efficiency person for our postcode, implying government approval. These people just want access to your property to sell you products you probably do not need.
Was called by 0115 9475670 - pretending money was going to be charged from Amazon Scam number - Indian guy on the phone As soon as I pretended to be happy for them to take the money he cut me off!!!

Became agressive when challanged regarding legitimacy of call. Then received caller-withheld harrasment & time wasting calls a few minutes after putting the phone down with the 'caller' attempting to change the sound of their voice

This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. They were convincing, and said if I don’t give them answers to the security questions then they can’t block the payments. I believe they had my card details already, so if this has happened to you cancel your card for the account they seem to have and get

01425402443 Has got to be scammers. Number unknown to me. Called my landline today. Pre-recorded message with Female american voice. Said that my Bank card had been used twice today and if it was not me gave me the stale ring 1 or ring 2 options. Have not called them back and have no intention of doing so. Recorded message saying they were from fraud dept for my card. With 2 suspicious transactions attempted that morning. One to Amazon for £300 and one for over £1000. Press 1 to cancel transactions or speak to an advisor or press 2 for ? Call ended before she finished speaking.
Called on 10th Feb 2023. Man with an Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin Media. Told me our IP address had been hacked and changed from a UK to a US one. Obviously total rubbish and scam. Wanted me to speak to a 'very knowledgeable engineer' to connect to my computer and 'fix it'. No doubt wanted me to connect to and open a scam website. He eventually hung up when I told him I was actually a network engineer but was quite persistent.
The caller said she was calling from Visa and said I should press 1 to stop £900 from leaving my account. I'll contact my bank and report this strange call.
