I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent. Woken by a call on my mobile at 4.30am! When I called back the following morning, number was unobtainable and reverse number searches yielded nothing.

Most likely Wescot. Halifax had passed my credit card debt to them two deal with so was expecting a call.
