trying to push you to get an insulation survey . Asks questions that aren't even relevant to what they are supposed to be selling. Just hung up when they didn't get an answer they wanted.

Scam Number... When answered, you hear the "hiccup" meaning you were on an Autodialer and because you've answered, the "hiccup" sound is where the computer is connecting a scam agent. Personally, any call I hear that sound, I hang up, search the number and 9 out of 10 times (9/10) end up Barring the Number. Hope this helps.

SCAM text claiming to be from a post office delivery man called Simon who had been unable to deliver with a link to a site for redirection. I knew it was fake but linked site appears very genuine/clone of a real one. Requests input of personal info. My response as always to block and report the number.

Internet Claimed to be from plusnet....knew my full name and address and said they could get me a better deal. The line was very bad and I found it hard to understand the accent. I was called from this number allegedly 'Virgin media' did not trust the caller so dialed it back to find out it was a residential number whose number had been scammed. On calling Virgin and my bank fortunately they never got anything. Just hang up and block number.
Fraud trying to obtain financial details
I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.

UK +447738015632 is a Scam caller. Hang up, block the number & report it. I answered & it took a couple of seconds to connect to the caller, in the way offshore call centres connect. Sure enough an Indian accented woman said "Hello how are you?" When I asked who she was, she said she was calling from she replied, Curry's PC World. This number is the sender for a text message from Apple telling me my Apple Pay account has been suspended due to unusual activity. I’m not clicking on the attached link as it’s suspicious….but will report to Apple for their take on it.
Claiming to be from National Insurance and asking me to press 1 to speak to an investigator before action is taken against my national insurance number. They claimed some fraudulent activity on the North Wales border. I didn’t press 1 and ended the call as I’m sure that’s a scam.
