SCAM. I was called by the same "person" on a completely different number a few weeks back and was sufficiently suspicious to look it up. That was a scam too and they seem to have kept the same phone patter but changed to a different phone number today - probably to avoid the numerous scam reports on websites like these of the old phone number.
