It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. No idea who the company is, but they use a ''mobile'' number first 079698977868, you will notice this number is 12 digits and not the standard 11. They use this so you answer, granted they give you the option press 5 to speak to someone or 9 to exit. Press 5, you must press 5 and get them to ring you, that way you can have a go for unsolicited calling! These companies are vermin and need to be shut down!
