Got a call yesterday. Didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message. According to the "phoneleak.com" website, this falls under "nuisance call". Several people commenting that they were pestered by this caller. Avoid. I've blocked them.
Foreign man said he was from BT and I my internet connection has been hacked. Asked me to turn on my computer and all my problems would be solved!! Doubt that very much, said no thanks and hung up.

Came up as a missed call, though my phone didn t ring. It was followed a few minutes later by a recorded message call about debt management, from an unknown number. The first call may have been a test call to check my number was valid.
Legal Assist? The caller was "passed down my number by a data provider". How dare they hand my number out randomly.

Told her to hurry up as I was about to go out and she hung up. Other people have said this number is someone claiming to be from Domestic & General about an expired washing machine warranty.
