Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.

Scam - automated message claiming there's a criminal case against you
same as others, records shoe i had a non-fault accident in my car in last 3 years, which i hadnt so said they wuld remove me form their records. i said they better just do that so will see if any more calls come through.

Had a phone call originally from 01363773849 (devon) saying our broadband had been infected. This was followed an hour later by a call from 01273303183 telling me that that my online banking had been infected and they needed to talk me through changes to my computer

iv had 2 calls from this Indian the first he didn t even say where he was from or even verify my name but he was desperately after my d.o.b, post code etc. after a couple of minutes I hung up and he rang straight back saying apologies for connection but I replied "oh that s my fault I needwd to sync to my pc so I can pun point your location to come and see you face 2 face you thieving con man" and before my next breath he was gone n hasn t rang back since. RESULT!!

I think this organisation is trying to get people to sign up to let them pursue PPI claims and the like. They hung up when I asked them for their number so that I could pursue a claim with the TPS. 1471 came in handy.

Called by 01616674350 on my mobile Automated call, telling me non urgent, but if I call another number they will remove my details
I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number
received a text from them telling me EE can't access my payment details and i should click some dodgy link despite my bill already being paid and my direct debit had been set up for over 2 years with no issues haha. stupid! scam so i forwarded to 7726.

Automated message saying there is a Tax Fraud Case against me, I didn't answer the call but they left a voicemail and this is how I know what they were after. Checked with HMRC and guess what, Another SCAM.

SCAM Automated message from 'Energy Hub' offering loft insulation inspections with free fitting. Said something about old insulation causing lung damage. Obviously a recording as when I asked a question the same words were repeated exactly. They eventually hung up. I would say that this is a scam.
