When I said I had not had the accident he said that they must be mistaken and then when I asked who they were and how they had my personal details he hung up on me. This is a recorded message, supposedly from BT, telling me that my internet has been compromised and that I should press a number on my phone to be connected to someone who would sort it out for me. Needless to say I did not press any numbers. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
