Got a call from a man with strong northern accent he asked for me by name. He said that they believe that I had worked in a noisy environment. When I told him I hadn t he asked what jobs I had done since leaving school. He than asked if I had ever worked in a noisy job, I told him no, he then just cut me off. I cannot stand ignorance and bad manners he shouldn t be ringing anyone with the attitude he has, prat!

SPAM received an unsolicited phone call at 8.58 on a Saturday morning, from what sounded like an Indian call centre.
