Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Called my mobile 15:59hs 24 June 2020: automatic recorded voice announced (sic) "Her Majesty Revenue and Customs" which instantly caused me to terminate. this is VERY clearly a scam call as HMRC would NOT use the incorrect term for their own department!
