Called asking to speak to MD by name said he was calling about business development. When I rang it back, I got a recorded male voice saying "Thank you for calling the BT Test Line. Goodbye". Yea, not dodgy at all.

I just got copped by a girl from this number, saying that my life insurance policy is due for renewal(without even having one), and after telling her I don't have one she just hung up on me . She just knew my name, without the surname. I first knew it was a scam call after I answered like a connection through internet was done(like a "click")the one you don't get with a usual call from a normal number. Blocked the number anyway.
