Caller had Liverpool accent and said was from a company called ACA. Wanted to speak about a 'bump in the road' and possible compensation. I asked where she had got details from and was told it was from an 'opt-in provider' and when I asked for more details on who would be providing information on something that had not happened she hung up. Number now blocked.

Have no idea how they got hold of all my details but requested that they stop calling me, do not sent any unsolicited mail to my home and take me off their call list. doubt they will follow any of my requests.
Tried to sell me a "small business" O2 phone contract that could "save me money", said I wasn't interested .. the caller was courteous and professional at all times though, so if its a scam it was a very courteous one.

Call from "technical department" of Microsoft. Caller (female) spoke in broken English. Told her I was on the TPS and I was going to report her. Then put the phone down. Second call in 48 hours. Maybe some people wouldn't realise this was a scam?
