(I'm not a Mum!) and the text said that they are calling from a friends phone and their battery is about to expire so please call them back. This number purports to send messages from Gov.uk, offering energy rebates. My wife pays the electricity bill not me so I was very suspicious when I was saved for my energy company and then the card details with which the company was paid. Pretty sure it is a scam
