Either phone rings and there is an engaged tone when I answer, or I answer it and it seems to be from a foreign call centre threatening debt collection, court and bailiffs when no one in my home even uses 3! I ve asked them 3x on the phone, 2x by webform, and 3x in writing to never contact me again, but keep being ignored. Not acceptable. Called me to advise i had been involved in an accident in my car which wasn t my fault, I agreed and explained i was having sex with my gf when the condom burst and while i was asking if her company would take Durex to court she hung up !!!

Caller said they wanted to ask how I was getting on with new mobile - odd as I have had this one for nearly 18 months! I asked where they had got my number from - they kept repeating they obtained data from market research - I said that was not enough & asked to speak to their supervisor - they put phone down.

The same Indian man keeps ringing me, when I challenge him he puts the phone down. Tried ringing the number back but it doesn't ring.

Just had a cold call several times from these using different numbers. They claimed to be clawing back mis-sold PPI, but having not had loads or credit cards, this can t be the case. Seemed to want to get me to confirm sensitive information which i wasn t comfortable giving out over the phone

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. Perhaps "Anne Rob" might like to seek this one out....Find this rather odd as my credit file is fine. First thing in the morning too. Dont they think people have children or work to attend to. Company talking about government (i.e. taxpayer!) grants first called me ten months ago. Their website is www.esiscotland.co.uk/ Reported to TPS and ICO. Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.

They called my mobile on Friday and twice today. I ve automatically blocked them based on what I ve read here and on Whocallsme.com. Bleedin timewasters!
