Being they are call their selves Lowell financial ltd, they cannot be held accountable for nuisance calls with the TPS service as debt collection falls outside of their remit. When I first answered it they said it was from my bank, they got the correct bank but Iwas ssuspicious as they asked for mothers maiden name which usually isnt asked. I then had the phone put down on me!!!! The last but one call fom the same no said they were from Royal sun Alliance, Whats going on? This is a worry and a nuisance. How many people have given out details? Please be aware, this is not a ligit company.
