Rang today 19th Jan 22,rang last week. Blocked last week . Left two voice messages. Reporting for an oap who doesn't have broadband. Don't get oap to listen to the message as only worry them. Investigated after the first call, and would not get a call from London so blocked. Definitely a scam.
I was phoned, from this number. They said they were Tech-stores, and "helped" me to buy a security programme for my PC (SCAM). I parted with money, and had remote access install the programme (I later found they had not, when I went to use the online support, and found I had no security programme from this company). This is THEFT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider. I spoke to them once and explained they couldn't beat the deal I got with another provider. Still every day they call. Last night they called my mobile, answered and nobody was there, literally a few seconds later they called my landline, answered and again dead air. Jim Bourne called - Asked to call to speak with our directors, they would know who Jim was, wouldn't tell me where he was calling from but that they would know him, he's spoken with them before, I asked if I could take a message he advised they knew was it was regarding so he would email them. He does not have their email address. We have had the Steven King one before, may be the same person or maybe they just employ obnoxious people?

Woke up this morning after being so all night with an unsettled baby. Had 4 missed calls all within 2 mins. Literally 4 rapid calls!! Thought somebody was urgently looking to speak to me and tried to call them back. The number just beeped twice and the call ended. Came on here to see that they’re tele sales so next time they call I’m reading them the riot act!
