I've never been in a council property and they refuse to give you information on where this information has come from and it must have been an error. Well if you're calling on behalf of somewhere that's never had my information you clearly haven't got it from them nor is it why you're calling. He even said what you think i'm trying to scam you. This number called - voicemail that was left indicated it was customer service survey after my car was serviced, they mentioned the actual garage name so I guess they have employed a call centre to do the follow up on their behalf.
