They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. A funny voice asked me to wait until the next HMRC agents would be available. Ethnic gentalman offering Medic alarm personal system for free when challenged suddly came up as only £39. 00p per month for 1st 6 months (Not exactly free) try to confuse me with medical science I am a retired Paramedic so when I presented some possible medical situations using medical words the phone went silent. Pretending to be Three mobile - was rude and abusive when I told them that I was taking three to court due to previous levels of service, so I knew they would not be marketing me and that this is a scam. Asian call centre using UK phone numbers. BEWARE!

Claimed to be carrying out a survey, but when asked refused to give any details about what the survey was in connection with. Hung up and blocked the number.

Automated woman's voice saying that there have been two charges on my card, one of which was £300 for Amazon. Then an invitation to press one button to allow the charges or another button to speak to an adviser. No mention. of course, of my bank's name. Clearly a SPAM call.
