This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Automated message asking me to confirm two possibly fraudulent international payments of £700 and £900. Told to press 1 - put the phone down.
Never picked up but spammed my phone. No voicemail left.
Contacted regarding my amazon account and large order to being placed by I-phone. When asked what the order was for the caller became evasive and just said that it was for £737. When amazon orders were checked no such order had been placed and and no communication made. I consider this number dangerous.
Said I was eligible for phone upgrade on O2. I'm on Tesco Network so clearly a scam so hung up.
