Had a missed call from this number every day this week, therefore decided to answer .....silence for a while, then a very rude man advised he was calling regarding a government incentive scheme for heating. He asked if I would take the call. I said I was at work and that it was inconvenient to talk and he said: "I thought you might say that" (very rudely) and hung up! Didn't even say where he was calling from.

It is from a company who sells wines, usually call you only if you have replied to a survey. The catch is that they offer a free tasting at your own home and then they try to sell you their wines, also offer an introductory gift. You can decline and they seem to be fine, but I did not go as far as inviting them to my place for the wine tasting.

I suggest you folk get a BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker phone. You can block it or only allow it to go to answer phone. I purchased a quad set for handling all these unsolicited calls. They are brilliant and as far as I know, the only phone to do this.

Phishing for data. Advised that it was regarding a loan I d taken out before 2011 despite the fact I ve never taken out a loan. I asked where they d got my information from and they advised it was from a third party called Optimum Data.

Has called 4 times over the past year leaving a voicemail each time claiming to be from fraud prevention from Halifax bank. I Never called back.checked with my bank and they advised that this is a scam. **Dont trust the positive reviews**
