They insist they are (in this case) EON and that the contract is up for renewal. Very deceiptful, very rude (swore at me) and illegal as we are on TPS (which appears to be a waste of time!)

So, like your correspondent above I powered down then up again after a couple of minutes. All fine. Don't fall for it.
