I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. SCAM Contacted me about a car accident i had a few weeks ago. knew i was in an accident, knew my name but didn't know anything else. was pushing for information from me about the accident, whether there was another party, any witnesses, what damage there was, what the outcome was. was on phone for roughly 5 minutes. when they tried to take the number of the person i collided with, i said no and she hung up on me. clear scammer.

Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account.
