Other numbers connected to this scam are 18 and 02132583603. I gave a report to the action fraud line (see my comment above) and they have said that everyone who receives this call should do the same.
This was a sales call regarding life insurance. Girl was polite marked as neutral as polite and this is only the first call asked to be removed from list. Whether this works is yet to be seen.

Called from this number several days, once per day, they call for a few seconds which is a sign that it is from a busy call center. I live in eastern Europe, so no point to receive calls from UK and I didn t respond.
