i was called by this number with an automated bank message saying money had left my account, press one to stop this happening or two to speak to an advisor DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING my bank confirmed it is a scam

This number is a scam number - phoning about My MS computer, which I don't have. As soon as I challenged she hung up. The accent was foreign, but using common English forename- it is 100% a scam line.
SCAM Automated message which said they were from the bank, without saying which bank. We had supposedly made a payment to Amazon and a bank transfer. This is the second call. First call was from 004919126946 with exactly the Automated message.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. The number identifies the message as RoyalMail contacting me. The mispelling of Royal Mail is reason enough to be suspiciouss. The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.
Pre-recorded female voice (American accent) purporting to be HMRC but number coming up on iPhone as Newquay area. Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. Just waited and it cut-off.
