This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. This number called my mobile and claimed to be from HMRC. Said that I was being investigated for fraud and that if I did not press "1" to be connected then a warrant for my arrest would be issued immediately. I hung up, of course.
This number ends in 408 not 409 every time I ring it its busy so I am presuming its a scam so beware
