Claimed to be 3.com I don't use that service. All they typical traits of spam/scam call were present. Avoid.
SCAM - they were trying to offer to switch my phone contract to get a new iPhone. I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove me from their calling list before they listened and said goodbye. Number is now blocked.

As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.
