Silent call just hung up, I've had at least 3/6 calls a day from various phone number since getting in contact with talk talk about Internet connection, this isn't the first time either I had to have my number changed because of this, I think someone at talk talk isn't honest and passes your details on to be scammed

The prefix 01807 is the dialling code for Ballindaloch, a rural area near Aberdeen. The call consists of a short whine, then a silence of around 3 seconds, and then the call is hung up.
