I decided to answer the call as I'd had numerous from similar numbers. English male voice who knew my name & address and said it's about my Hotpoint washing machine warranty that's about to expire. The washing machine isn't in my name ???? Told them to get lost and hung up. Now blocked along with the other numbers obviously all linked

I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.

SCAM. Claimed to be from MyHermes with message re delivery of a parcel (I was expecting several parcels) saying they missed me & I wasn’t in. I was home all day. A link to a web site was left on the txt www.redelivery-nextday-gb.com I clicked on the link and a red screen came up with Deceptive Website Warning and this site may try to trick you into doing something dangerous like installing soft ware or disclosing personal or financial information like passwords, phone numbers or credit cards. The caller was an automated voice claiming to be the HMRC. I was told that legal action was being taken against me for tax evasion and that I needed to press 1 on the keypad to get more information. Instead of doing that, I hung up and logged into my account online; nothing of the sort has appeared on my account, so I have to assume this is a scam aiming to get personal information from people
Called, asked if I wanted to give up smoking (I don t smoke). I hung up and added the number to the barred caller list...!

SCAM Called saying they were from the Sky Protection Team and were offering me an update on insurance for Sky facilities I do not have, They also gave the number of 01273977418. I believe they have got information that I have sky phone and broadband and want to scam me for insurance that is unnecessary.
Was called on work phone and asked to participate in survey. As not catching it the first time, I repeatedly asked the girl who she was working for, but she only repeated her own name. Very likely she said David Knox.

Answered once and its about PPI. Told them I was not interested and he slammed the phone down. Then I got 12 calls from them in 3 days. If I answer again I just don t say anything and see how long it takes them to put the phone down.

Had a phone call today off this number it s ppi i ve had nothing but harrasement i ignore the number block it then they phone me on a different number hopefully they will get the message soon i ve blocked at least 10 different numbers now.
Recorded voice sais was " your bank", checking for a payment abroad and asking to press 1. I pressed nothing and the call cut.
