This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Its a trustworthy number as its AO.COM. I bought an appliance recently and they were confirming everything. Unfortunately, the guy was persistent on setting up a domestic and general insurance for £7 a month. Annoying as the appliance comes with 2 years warranty. If I wanted D&G warranty i d go to D&G and get it. Please do not cold call customers pushing for the sale of this its unwanted.
