This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.

I didn’t give her any chance to enter into a sales patter but just told her that I already had a local plumber and that any thoughts of selling me of her wares was destined for failure. Surprisingly the young Scottish lady crumbled and accepted her lot!

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company.
