I got two messages from this number claiming to be Lloyds bank. The first had my name on it saying to call back with my security details. The second message which I received shortly thereafter was for another person. I am highly confident that this is a scam and recommend calling Lloyds bank on their actual telephone number which is 0345 300 0000

SCAM - Jennifer from BT Technical Department. As if! She could barely speak English. She ask how I was, I said "Very well thanks. What's up?" and she hung up.
Caller said that he was from BT. did not know who to speak to. Held the line open for several minutes when we tried to cut off call. Very persistant. I answered by stating that we were on TPS and they should not be calling us. I tried to disconnect call as I wanted to check what number he was calling from. He was still holding line open. Seeing other comments, presumably aggressive advertising. Very dangerous for susceptible people.

This number will not stop calling me, even had an email saying to call it, the email address was definitely suspicious [email protected] , Googled it, led to a very unofficial looking website that asked for banking ID number.
Fraud - Purports to be calling on behalf of an energy company. But when challenged, hung up without apology. So 100% certainty the call is going to be bogus.
