This number called me on my landline & when I answered there was a pre-recorded message to the effect that there had been suspicious transactions on my bank card. I strongly suspect this is a scam.

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.
