Had a call from this number at 13.30 on 23/02/22. Upon answering i waited for the person to speak first, it was an asian sounding person in a call centre. As soon as they asked how i was today i asked straight out if they were a scammer to which they responded yes they were a scammer and a fraudster followed by oh my god repeated several times. I stated the call should now end and looked online to find number belongs to a sushi bar in London so this number was spoofed/cloned and not the genuine number.

SCAM as it's about nonsense saying legal action something about a letter being sent back and something about the queen it was odd as I don't usually get phone calls like that not since a few days ago and it's beginning to annoy me as receiving phone calls like I did today has only been a distraction and it has overwhelmed me to my limits I hope it stops soon as I'm not so sure how much more I can take of this

This is a spam number. They pester repeatidly asking you to authorise or decline large transfers from your bank account. They never declare what bank they claim to be. IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. DO NOT PRESS OPTIONS 1 OR 2 AS YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR A PREMIUM RATE CALL.

This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. Report and block their numbers, they don't turn up either.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. Phoned twice because my computer had been "hacked". I told the woman that I didn't want to speak to her and put the phone down. She then rang back and told me rudely to listen to what she had to say. Once again I hung up.
