SCAM, they claim to be citizens advice. Always a foreign person on the phone. Similar numbers from the same number. Don't give any personal information.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Foreign accent called me saying they were from Direct Mobile company. When I told them I was going to end the call and report them, he said; Oh, why you speak like that ma'am? And started to abuse me before hanging up.

Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. I asked him to delete whatever data they have about me, but he persisted to go with a negotiation about his call being fully legit and lawful. He only dropped when I asked his name and surname for

I had two texts from this number saying it was from Royal Mail and asking for money to deliver my parcel.

Ignore this call, Came up as dry cleaning company, though when i was spoken to, after the usual hello how are you today about 3 times. Said he was from 02. I do not have anything to do with 02. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is a Bank / Amazon scam operated by auto dialling and recorded message. These are absolute scammers, do not answer, do not select a response number, best advice do not respond in any way.

Scam. Called saying they were O2 and that their customers were facing issues with the service, asked if I was facing issues. I said I wasn't an O2 customer and they then said I was eligible for a 30% discount on my contract...

Scammers. Charge you to "optimise" your laptop - cost my 85 year old dad nearly £5000 so far and I'm in a daily battle with them to get it back.

My elderly father had a call this evening at 7pm from this number advising him that £95 was due for his prescription charges. He does not pay for his medications. I will telephone the company who owns the number tomorrow to make them aware that someone is using their number for illegal purposes.

Asked if I was over 50 to be eligible for a medical alert pendant. Said I wasn't and they went. Didn't know my name or that my husband is over 50 so very dodgy.

This is a spam please careful. The number has a call waiting for customer care with American accent, very weird. Don't answer, don't call back.

The call was made to my landline, Telling me that there had been two payments made on my account £300 to Amazon and one other, which wasn't true cos I immediately checked with my phone Bank app and didn't listen to rest of call I just hung up.

calls regularly & hangs up after a couple of rings - if you call back it is a dodgy marketing message, possibly with high charge rates when called back
