Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.

He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email.
