When you get these calls try to avoid answering them. They call multiple numbers at the same time and wait for the first person to answer hense why most people get hung up on. Pretty sure they record who ever answers and call these numbers back! Anyone trustworthy would leave a message, you d hope so you can call them back.

Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. Nightly calls to my elderly father trying to get him to make an injury claim following a minor incident many months ago when no-one was injured. They will not stop the calls despite repeated requests and are reluctant to give details about who they are and the name of the company, but two of them have now given the name as Samuel Brooks.
