kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID
Similar to others, this number seems to be used a call cetre and after picking it up there was some background noise then the line went dead.
Called me saying they represented EE and I was due for an upgrade. I said I had upgraded a couple of weeks ago. He asked "Do you mind if I ask you what you upgraded to?" I said, "Yes, I do mind." He said sorry and goodbye...

Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.
